What the work involves
We design, obtain permits for, and construct industrial facilities, warehouses, modern sports arenas, and other steel-frame structures. We handle the entire process, from site surveys to building acceptance.
A turnkey facility means more than just the structure: it includes the geotechnical study, design and permitting, foundations and base beams, steel frames and fabrication, roofing and sandwich panel cladding, windows and industrial doors, industrial flooring, plus interior systems. The difference between a fair quote and one that seems cheap almost always lies in what isn’t included.
The advantage of working with us on an industrial project is that we also install the exterior utility networks, access platforms, and fire protection systems under the same contract. There are no longer any interfaces between different contractors, and the project duration is significantly reduced.
